Before you arrive
For fitters, tradespeople, field staff and teams working away from home – for example on jobs in Bergkamen, Werne, Kamen, Unna, Lünen or Hamm. For longer projects they also work well as a furnished short-term let.
The current price list specifies a minimum stay of 7 nights for both apartments. For longer assignments, enquire about your preferred dates directly. The length of stay and availability of the guest room are available on request.
The ground floor has three rooms with two single beds each. The upper floor has a single room, a twin room and an attic studio with four separate beds. The guest room has two bunk beds.
Wi-Fi, water, electricity, heating, bed linen, towels, washing machine use, on-site parking and weekly interim cleaning are included. There is no additional final cleaning fee. Accommodation is self-catering.
Arrival is by 10 pm and departure by 11 am; other times can be arranged. You can pay by bank transfer before arrival or in cash on arrival. VAT is shown on the invoice. You will receive details with your quote.
There is a private parking area with an automatic gate. Please include the number and size of your vehicles in your enquiry so suitable parking can be confirmed in advance.
